A primary focus of my candidacy is to be your strong voice on the Sunny Isles Beach Commission Seat 3 to build consensus around the responsible development of our community, especially the west side.

The development provides jobs and additional tax revenue so our Commission can continue providing community services. Development can also become a slippery slope.

It can impede tranquility in our neighborhoods and potentially tax our infrastructure.
