As a twice-elected former NY criminal trial Judge, former CIA Contract Agent, and current political advisor to Congressman Lee ZELDIN (Conservative – Republican NY), I’m careful about whom I endorse owing to the fact that small-town politics can be dirtier than large enclaves; as such, after careful analysis and background checks, and experiencing and viewing the selfish/devious backstabbing sitting Commissioner Dana Goldman inflicted upon our current Mayor as well as her videotaped lies during a losing trial against her own condominium association, I wholeheartedly endorse GREG CAPRA for Seat 3 —- a published man of education, honor, and eloquence who doesn’t need to be “fed lines” via text by a former developer-owned Mayor and his puppets at raucous Commission meetings, and partnering with a billionaire real estate developer who cares more for his ego and bottom line than the welfare of our City.

I have known Greg Capra for over 18 years and have also worked with him for more than 10 of those years.
Mr. Capra is a very polite, professional and integral person. In all my years of working with him I can confirm that he is also a good listener, a problem solver and very fair and just person. I feel so fortunate to have met Greg Capra 20 years ago, when I moved to Poinciana Island. Over the past two decades, I have been so impressed by Greg’s hard work, outstanding smarts, and deep compassion. Not only have I had the good fortune to be Greg’s friend, but I am also fortunate to be a unit owner of Poinciana. Greg has done a fantastic job making Poinciana look better and run smoother.
As a realtor in Miami, I have spoken with folks who know a good condo from a great one, and a now-retired broker, who has been in South Florida for 40 years, recently visited Poinciana and told me it is the best we’ve ever looked.

I have known Mr. Capra for almost 15 years. Greg is a savvy businessman and a very nice person to deal with. As an outstanding member of the Poinciana Club, he has been providing an excellent service to the community. Under his supervision Poinciana has risen to the new heights of transparency and accountability. He is the President of the Board of Directors at Poinciana Island, a good friend, and a kind man who always thinks about the community’s needs first and strives to make our lives on Poinciana Island better.
Greg is aware of the needs of the Eastern European community of our city. He has personal knowledge of the lives of immigrants. Greg’s wife, Niki, is a first-generation immigrant from Bulgaria. This has allowed him to understand our needs for an excellent education for our kids, the support of our local businesses, our rights for the freedom of expression, and for our belief in support of culture and diversity. We are a hard-working community and deserve great leadership and support from our Commissioner.
I strongly oppose Dana Goldman, who, during her year as Commissioner, initiated a frivolous lawsuit against her own neighbors and her own community.

В противоположность Грегу Капра Комисионер Дана Голдман, не желала прислушиваться к нашим голосам, она инициировала фальшивый судебный процесс против своих же соседей, жителей Поинсианы и, будучи адвокатом, сама с позором проиграла судебный процесс против жителей нашего острова Поинсианы. Голдман требовала жителей острова выплатить ей 20 миллионов, а в результате судебного разбирательства проиграла судебный иск и по справедливому решению судьи, выплатила деньги жителям Поинсианы.

Голдман продолжает вносить раздор в интересы нашей комьюнити, шпионит за жителями Поинсианы, подстрекает своих соседей и избирателей к новым конфликтам, пишет анонимные доносы под чужим именем, высокомерно относится к соседям и не раз использовала своё официальное положение комиссионера в своих личных интересах, стараясь оказать давление на неугодных ей жителей острова.
