Fiscal Responsibility
For over 25 years, I have been in the business of helping individuals become financially successful.
My company teaches people from all walks of life the necessary skills to generate income and retirement savings in the market.
Those skills build on the foundation of simple common sense.
My candidacy to be your voice on the Sunny Isles Beach Commission Seat 3 will be the same.
You may find this hard to believe, but most people do not use basic money management principles regarding their money in the markets or in life.
Some people do not know how to manage their fiscal responsibility.
Their focus is all about the possible gain and little about the risk of what they can lose.
It’s their money, and of course, no one wants to lose it, but I assure you that until the loss happens, the majority do not consider the risk of loss.
Government bureaucracy typically focuses primarily on what they want to spend – at any cost. It’s not their money, so making mistakes and losing money can be easy.
My opponent for Seat 3, Ms. Fabiola Stuyvesant, has shown little fiscal responsibility where she lives.
Ms. Stuyvesant has been sent multiple times to her HOA’s collection attorney for not paying thousands of dollars in unpaid maintenance.
But she can spend funds to run for Commissioner.

Someone who cannot manage their budget should not manage your money.
One of the primary reasons I am running is to bring my common-sense point of view and skills that I have learned over a lifetime to our community government.
As your Commissioner, I promise to work with my fellow commissioners to improve our top and bottom line.
In this election, Vote for Greg Capra for Sunny Isles Beach Commission Seat 3 and bring financial sensibility to our commission.
